Refund Policy

There is no refund for unspent tokens, because the purchase of any number of tokens confirms the intention to fully use them for scoring files.

The Service stores the voiced files of the registered User for the last 30 (thirty) days. For unregistered users, files are stored for 24 hours. The history of files for registered users older than 30 (thirty) days is irretrievably deleted from the Service database, and it is not available to either the User or the Service administration.
